We took Johnny to the doctor today to get his 4 month check up and they told us that he isn't four months old until October 28th. It's really confusing because 4 weeks is a month and he just turned 16 weeks on Sunday...but he still has 10 days until he is 4 months old. Don't think too hard about it. The good news is that the doc agreed that he was "big" enough for his 4 month check-up (and shots). In fact, Johnny weighs 20 lbs 15 oz and is 29 inches long which in the doctor's words is "about as big as a large 7 month old." The truth is that he fits his 12 month footy pajamas pretty good so we are now looking for 18-month pj's. In honor of the 8-week tradition, we decided to take another walk down memory lane.
