We went to New York on our honeymoon and had a great time! We stayed right in the middle of the action at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. It was kind of cold for a couple of light-weights from Los Angeles but we bundled up and hit the streets anyway! We went to a show every night (or 2!), ate a lot of amazing food (Carmine's, Rosa Mexicano, Bella Vita, Carnegie Deli, Serendipity, and of course hot dogs wrapped in bacon), ferried over to Staten Island, and window-shopped a little too.
There were beautiful Christmas trees all over the city. Here we are on Wall Street next to the NY Stock Exchange.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Our friends Brian & Keely Knudsen met us for a show and dinner at Carnegie Deli. In case you didn't know, Carnegie makes the best cheesecake in the world. If you're looking for cheesecake, there's no reason to mess around... just go straight to the corner of 55th and 7th Ave. They also have a Reuben sandwich with 10 lbs of pastrami. Brian pounded it with out even taking a breath. Apparently it's pretty good too.
We really enjoyed spending time with Brian & Keely. We saw Mary Poppins on Broadway. It was fabulous... except I can't get Brian to stop singing "just a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down!"
